HSN Behavior Agreement
Attending a homeschooling co-op is a privilege. We ask that each parent and student sign this agreement to ensure that all who attend HSN understand the behavior policy and agree to adhere to the rules and exhibit the expected behavior. This agreement is to help ensure a safe and beneficial environment for all families attending. Every parent is authorized to enforce the following guidelines. Thank you!

If students are not in a class, they are always to be under the direct supervision of the parent or designated adult.

Students are not to be outside the building at any time without a parent or other responsible adult.

Parents are responsible for knowing where their children are at all times.

All attendees must wear their HSN name tags & lanyards at all times.

Students (and adults) must display a good attitude in class, including a willingness to participate with a cheerful attitude. Disrupting class in any way is not tolerated.

All attendees (students and adults) must always show respect for those in authority.

At no time is it appropriate or tolerated to use foul language or cruel words.

At no time is it appropriate to hit, kick, or otherwise physically hurt another person.

Weapons are not allowed on the premises, inside or outside.

Respect for the facilities and property belonging to the host church must be maintained.

Out of respect for others and as a benefit to oneself, students must arrive on time to class and complete all assigned homework. (Modifications can be made with the teacher.)

Parents are required to stay on the property during the time their children are involved in classes or other activities.

Parents and students are responsible for reading and following the Dress Code/Appearance Guidelines outlined in the handbook.

No substances or paraphernalia that are illegal for children are allowed. (Includes but not limited to drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, etc.) Adults are expected to refrain from use inside and on the property of the facility during HSN classes/events.

Public displays of boyfriend/girlfriend relationships are not acceptable at the co-op.

All students/adults agree to behave in accordance with the HSN Statement of Faith.
Parents with students enrolled in HSN are responsible for fulfilling the homeschooling requirements as stated by law.
